Insurance

Foundations therapists are currently able to accept BCBS of Michigan insurance plans.

If you are interested in using Out-of-Network benefits we are able to provide you with a summary of services for you to submit to your insurance carrier.

Please note, it is the clients responsibility to understand their mental health benefits and all related costs, including deductible requirements, co-pay, and co-insurance.

Private Pay

Cash payments are available for therapy, clinical supervision, reflective supervision, and school consultation services. Please consult with your Foundations therapist for current fees and billing information.

Payment Types

We are able to accept all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards via Square.
